My Day Was Fun!!

My daddy came home from work one night this week and popped in to see me just before I went off to sleep for the night.

He asked me how my day had been and wanted to know if I'd had fun.

He saw from my expressions that I definately had loads of fun (the picturers are a wee bit dark because I had my night light on - but I hope you can see me giggling as I lay there thinking about what great fun I'd had!)
.

Take my new trick I've learned, for example - I can blow raspberries now. it's so much fun!!

I learned how to do it by watching some of the grown-ups do it.

My daddy and my papa always entertain my by making these funny noises, so I tried and tried ...and eventually learned how to do it, too.

My cheeks tend to vibrate a lot when I push my lips together hard, then blow some air through them to make the raspberry noise.

Can you see me doing it in this picture here?

I do it a lot now.

I even like to practise doing it after my bath.

My mummy took a picture, but maybe someone will video me doing it, too, so that you can all hear it :-)

But what else did I get up to?

Well, there's always something to entertain me during the day.

I've got lots of toys to keep me amused.

Here I am playing with some of them in this picture.

My mummy helped me to kneel up so that I could reach them better. That kept me amused for quite a while.

But it's not only toys I'm interested in. I also get fascinated by everyday objects.

Take today, for example. I was fascinated by this plastic lemonade bottle....it kept me amused for ages.

And recently I've become very interested in this cooking lark.

I
love to watch intently as grown-ups make food in the kitchen of our house.

It seems like my mu
mmy and daddy are always in there trying out new recipes.

I'm usually in there too keeping a close e
ye on what's going on. I can't wait for these teeth to come in...the smells are always delicious!

Well daddy, that was my day....but, of course, the best bits of all my days are the times I get to spend with you and mummy :-)

My mummy and daddy know that, though.

They say I'm a 'people person'.

My grandad came to visit this weekend and I loved it. have a look at us together in this picture

......and next weekend my grandma is travelling from her home in Brighton just to spend some time with me.

I can't wait and I'm sure we'll have lots of fun together :-)

Keep an eye on my blog to find out !!
