My Easter Weekend

Hello again everyone. I've had a few very busy weekends recently catching up with friends and relatives - and I've loved every minute of them. 

This post is just to share a few photos taken when my Scottish family came to visit during the Easter weekend.

It's the first time that all my Scottish aunts and uncles have been here together in my new house. 
We had great fun when we all walked down to Fletcher Moss 

.....  and my dad cooked the most wonderful leg of lamb for lunch. Yummy!

The next day we walked along to Didsbury Park .
We had the play park almost all to ourselves.  

My nana and papa had great fun helping me to go down the slide. Papa helped me to climb up the stairs ......

My nana helped me get the hang of sliding down. My wellies were getting in the way - but we got there eventually :-)

There was lots of fun trying out the other playthings, too.  The see saw was great fun - we tried and tried but nana and me together still didn't get papa to 'pop up'!

Of course, all this was very tiring - so it's lucky that my dad and my two uncles were happy to wheel me around while I had one of my wee 'power naps'

It was great to wake up, though, and find out that everyone was still there. My auntie Lyndsay was pleased to be able to chat to me again, too. I really like her smiles!

It was a great weekend and I knew I would be sad to see them all go, so I asked my nana if she would be back soon.

 

Guess what she told me! My papa and nana are coming again to visit me again this weekend. I can't wait :-)
