As you all know, I was visiting my Grandma in Brighton this weekend.
While I was there, my mummy and daddy went shopping and they bought me a new ....contraption!
It's called a 'seat' I think. My mummy and daddy decided to let me try it out for a few minutes.
At first I was a bit wary - have a look at my expression in the picture here - it was taken when they first 'plopped' me in to my 'contraption'.
I've never been able to sit up without a grown-up holding me before, but I think I might get used to it. Have a look at the video - I can see the potential. The world definitely looked different :-)
The next thing I remember about the weekend was being strapped back in to my car seat thingy to travel the hundreds of miles back to my house in Manchester.
We stopped a couple of times on the way home, though (I do like to eat a lot!)
My Grandma carried me in to a Service Station (I'm sure that's what my daddy called it?)
There were a lot of very tired people sitting about. I felt very rested, though, because I love to have a sleep in my car seat thingy ... maybe that's just as well because my mummy and daddy seem to like taking me on trips up and down the country :-)
Before I knew it, I was back home again. My mummy and daddy had a surprise for me when I got there. It was a new toy - a very interesting new toy! My daddy said it 'mesmerised me'. Have a look and see what you think?
